Robert Henry Anderson went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 15, 2014. He was born to the late Otto and Sarah Anderson.
He served his country honorable in the U.S. Army – 1ST Infantry in WWII. Robert earned his BA degree at Baldwin Wallace College. He worked in the Water Department and Parks & Recreation for the city of Cleveland. He belonged to Plumbers’ Union, local No. 55. He enjoyed golfing and spending time with his beloved family and friends.
He will be dearly missed by his son, Robert Carl; daughter-in-law, Kathleen; grandsons, Ryan, Marc, and Erik; great grandchildren, Emma, Claire, Brenton, and McKenna.
He was preceded in death by his parents and beloved wife, Virginia (Godek).
Memorial/Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, December 12, 2014 at 10 AM at All Saints Catholic Church – 1534 N. Recker Rd, Mesa, AZ 85205. A prior Burial Service will take place on Friday, November 21, 2014 at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman, OH.
