ROGER LEE TAYLOR

Roger Lee Taylor, 75 of Medina, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 20, 2010 at Hospice of Medina County at The Inn. He was born January 14, 1935 in North Carolina to Clyde and Lois (nee Fortner) Taylor and was owner of Taylor’s Garden Center.

Mr. Taylor is survived by his wife of 52 years Nancy (nee Nau) Taylor; children Sheryl Taylor, Diane (Tim) McDivitt, Linda (Ron) Simplican, Sandra Taylor, Alan Taylor, and Lisa (James) Sperry; sister Sonya Mietz; and grandchildren Rachel, Jason, David, Megian, Jacqueline, Paul, Daniel, Nathan, Hannah, Chloe, and Camryn.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Willis Taylor.

Friends may join the family for visitation on Saturday, January 23, 2010 from 9:00 to 11:00 A.M. at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road (1/2 mile South of Route 303), Brunswick. Funeral Services will follow at 11:00 A.M. at the Funeral Home with Pastor Jim Sperry of the First Baptist Church of Strongsville officiating.
