Ronald Bratko, age 77, of Sullivan, Ohio passed away on May 17, 2021. He was born on October 17, 1943, in Cleveland, Ohio to Rudolph and Henrietta (nee Krakora) Bratko. He died surrounded by family after a short illness following surgery.
Ron enjoyed primitive camping, buck skinning rendezvous, and educating others on primitive America. He was a writer, artist, wood worker-even building his own treadle lathe. Loving husband, devoted father, grandfather and great grandfather.
He was a proud member of the Grand Lodge of Free And Accepted Masons of Ohio, #781 for nearly 50 years.
Ronald is survived by his loving wife Elaine (nee Hasegawa) Bratko, daughter Christina (Dale) Moyer, son Cody (Jenny) Vild, grandchildren, Joe Horvath, Lauren (Arick) Richter, Mary Lowe, Rowan Vild, 4 great grandchildren, a brother Bob (Marilyn) Bratko; niece Michelle (Callum) Watts of Texas, and his faithful dog Amai.
He was preceded in death by his parents Rudolph and Henrietta (nee Krakora) Bratko.
Upon Ronald's request cremation has been chosen. All services for Ronald are private and have been entrusted to Carlson Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, 3477 Medina Road, Medina, Ohio.
In lieu of flowers, donations will be greatly appreciated to any Animal Shelter in memory of Ronald.
