ROSE MONICA STATES

Rose Monica States, age 77, of Brunswick, passed peacefully surrounded by her family on Wednesday, October 12, 2022. She was born on February 13, 1945, to the late John Labanis and Louise (nee Jodon) Stoltz in Spanglar, PA.

She was a member of St Ambrose Catholic Parish for 51 years. Rose was meticulous and avid at crocheting, she loved Firebird cars and Baseball, especially the Indians. Her most precious moments were with her family, especially her grandkids.

Rose will be deeply missed by her loving husband of 57 years, Thomas; children, William (Brenda), Bryan, and Steven (Melissa); grandchildren, Kassidy (Nicholas) Kopy, Konnor States, Riley (Joseph) Donat, Raelyn States, Mason States, and Lucy States; great-grandchildren, Kayson and Kyler Kopy; siblings, Iral Clayton (Rosalie) Stoltz, and Kenneth (Jane) Stoltz; sister-in-law, Laura Stoltz; and her furry friend, Zero.

In addition to her parents, Rose was preceded in death by her siblings, William Edward Stoltz, Grace Westover, and John William Stoltz ; and brother-in-law, Clyde Westover.

Please join the family for visitation on Sunday, October 16, 2022, from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Carlson Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Rd (1/2 mile south of route 303), Brunswick. Visitation will also be on Monday, October 17, 2022, from 10:00 am until 11:00 am followed by funeral service at the funeral home. Graveside Service in Hope Memorial Park, 2447 Center Rd, Hinkley at 12:30 pm.
