Rose M. Strasser (nee Marincic), 93 of Brunswick passed away on Thursday, February 17, 2011 at Riverview Pointe Care Center. She was born February 20, 1917 in Cleveland to Joseph and Barbara (nee Rupp) Marincic and was a homemaker.
She was proud of being a Woodman of the World for over 50 years, she enjoyed nature, and loved her family especially her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Rose is survived by her children Rollen Strasser and dear friend Sarah Adams, Dale (Susan) Strasser, Glenda (Roger) Tichinel, Denise (Robert) Stands, and Darlene (Allen) Preiss; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Glenn Strasser, daughter Nancy Benda, parents, and sisters Ella Leonard and Barbara Judd.
Friends may join the family for visitation on Sunday, February 20, 2011 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road (1/2 mile South of Route 303), Brunswick. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, February 21, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at the Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Park, North Olmsted.
