Sarah F. (nee Nicholson) Jacob, 85 of Brunswick passed away on Thursday, April 28, 2011. She was born October 16, 1925 in Bittner, PA to Norman and Francis (nee Hennessey) Nicholson.
She loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She enjoyed looking at her flower garden and collecting porcelain dolls.
Sarah is survived by her loving children Carol Halley, Michael (Carolyn) Jacob, Nancy Setinsek, Patricia (Red) Nawrocki, Peter (Penny) Jacob, John Jacob, Rose (Rick) Davis and Joseph Jacob; siblings, Donald (Beatrice) Nicholson , Bessie (Bill) Beals and Shirley (John) Willis; grandchildren Rachel, Rick Jr, Jacqueline, Jeana, Jesse, Jillian, Victoria, Cynthia, Mary, Mike Jr, Sharon and 10 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Michael, sister Elsie Shay, brother Charles Nicholson and her parents.
Friends may join the family for visitation on Monday, May 2, 2011 From 2:00 to 4:00 AND 6:00 TO 8:00 PM AT Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road (1/2 mile South of Route 303), Brunswick. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, May 3, 2011 at 11:00 AM also at the funeral home with Father Bob Wenz officiating. Interment will follow in Eastlawn Memory Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to Arthritis Association 4630 Richmond Road Cleveland, OH 44128.
