Sharon Bell passed away January 7, 2020, after an extended stay at Willowood Care Center. She was predeceased by her husband of 52 years, Richard.
In her early days, Sharon was a busy girl working as a model for the Billy Tilton Agency in Cleveland, Ohio, appearing on the Bob Hope T.V. Show, in T.V. Guide, General Electric, and other print ads and conventions. She had a successful career in retail store management eventually retiring from banking.
Sharon enjoyed traveling, entertaining and getting together with friends and family. She was a big part of her grandchildren's lives; never missed a school function or performance and was always there for the big moments. A lover of all animals, she especially adored her Golden Retrievers. She had a zest for life, great sense of humor, and sense of style; her best accessory was her smile.
Sharon is survived by her daughter, Wendy (Chris) Delly; daughter-in-law, Cathy Bell, grandchildren, Elizabeth (Allen) Delly, Alex (Krisztina) Delly, Annie Bell; and her great-grandson, Ben.
Friends may join the family for a Celebration of Sharon’s Life on Sunday, January 19, 2020, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road, (1/2 mile south of Route 303) Brunswick, OH 44212. A Memorial Service will follow at 5:00 PM. Interment will take place at a later date at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman, OH.
