SHARON E. JELENIC

Sharon E. Jelenic (nee Viovode), age 61, of Brunswick, passed away May 5, 2016. She was born October 20, 1954 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Valentine and Eleanor (nee Varcoe) Viovode.

Sharon married the love of her life and best friend Nicholas in 1976. Sharon was a Registered Nurse for 23 years at Lakewood, Parma, and Southwest Hospitals. She loved to shop for antiques and she was an avid postcard collector.

She will be dearly missed by her beloved husband of 40 years, Nicholas; sons, Nicholas IV, Matthew, and Thomas; brothers, Garland and William Viovode; and grandson, Thomas, Jr.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Karen; and aunt, Marcia Purdy.

Friends may join the family for visitation on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road, (1/2 mile south of Route 303) Brunswick, OH 44212. A Memorial Service will follow at 7:00 pm with Pastor Philip Zielinski officiating.
