Sheli (Michelle) R. Kay, R.N. (nee LeHoty), 62, of Middleburg Heights, passed away on September 12, 2012.
She was born October 1, 1949 to Lawrence and Delores (nee Kovarik) LeHoty.
Michelle is survived by her loving father Lawrence LeHoty; beloved siblings Denise (Frank) Pavlovicz, Celeste, and Thomas; aunt Sharon Liggett; niece Noelle; nephews Ryan and Garrett; cousins Heather Triplett, Allison (Peter) Angell, Candice (Allan) Onutz and uncle Jim LeHoty.
She graduated from Kent State University with a BSN degree and worked at Southwest General Hospital for 28 years. She was loved and cherished by her family and friends. She will be missed by many.
Michelle was preceded in death by her mother Delores.
Friends may join the family for Memorial Visitation on Friday, September 21, 2012 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road (½ mile South of Route 303), Brunswick. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, September 22, 2012 at St. Colette’s Parish with Fr. William Krizner officiating. 330 W.130th Street, Brunswick, (PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH). Memorial Contributions may be made to St. Colette’s Parish, 330 W.130th Street, Brunswick, Ohio 44212.
