Shelly G. Everett, 47, of Nelson, passed away on Tuesday, July 15, 2014 at University Hospital in Cleveland. She was born January 4, 1967 in Massillon, Ohio to Richard and Rhea (Numbers) Cantleberry.
Shelly was a pharmacist at Omnicare Pharmacy. She was a member of the Garrettsville United Methodist Church where she was a youth group leader, and a Garfield High School Band Booster officer. Her passion was her family and children whom she cherished. She did everything she could to enrich their lives. She treasured their family vacations and focused on her family, school and church.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Casey, whom she married November 16, 1991, her loving parents of Navarre; dear son, Ryan Everett and dear daughter, Molly Everett, both of Nelson; sisters, Jill Cantleberry of KY and Jodi (John) Lasher of Canal Fulton; sister-in-law, Kim (Philip) Bell of Garrettsville; beloved nephews, Alex (Renee) and Dean (Jenna) Bell and Jason and Justin Lasher. She is the daughter-in-law of Richard and Sandra Everett of Garrettsville.
The family extends their gratitude to the caring staff at University Hospital in Cleveland for their care and compassion during this difficult time in their lives.
Calling hours will be 1 to 5 PM on Sunday, July 20, 2014 at Mallory-DeHaven-Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 8382 Center St., Garrettsville, OH 44231. Funeral services will be 11 AM on Monday, July 21, 2014 at the Garrettsville United Methodist Church, 8223 Park Ave., Garrettsville, OH 44231. Rev. Caroline Berry and Rev. Fred Bell will officiate.
