Shirley Garris, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Friday, August 18, 2023, surrounded by her loving family.
She was preceded by her devoted husband, Ronald.
Shirley was cherished and beloved by her three children, Jim (Jane), Sue, and Tim (Robin); She will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren; Jessica (Matthew), C.J. (Christie), Hannah (Ben), Erica and Tim (Kelci); great grandchildren, T.J., Benjamin, and Zachary.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 23, 2023, 5:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M., at Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, located at 1642 Pearl Road (1/2 mile south of route 303) Brunswick, OH 44212. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, August 24, 2023, at 10:00 A.M., at St. Ambrose Church, 929 Pearl Rd, Brunswick, OH 44212, with Fr. Eric Garris officiating. She will then be lovingly laid to rest at All Saints Cemetery in Northfield, OH.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to Hospice of Western Reserve, https://p2p.onecause.com/hwr/donate , 17879 St. Clair Ave., Cleveland, OH 44110, in Shirley’s name, to honor her memory and the care given to her and her family.
