Stanley R. Lukas, Jr., age 81, of Brunswick, passed away on Monday, May 14, 2018 at his residence. He was born in Garfield Heights on July 18, 1936, to Stanley and Esther (nee DePoalo).
Stanley enjoyed taking care of his home and spending time with his family.
He will be dearly missed by his wife of 55 years, Patricia (nee Mally); children, Gerri (Bret) Miles, Richard (Maria) Lukas and Carolyn (Richard) Knapik; grandchildren, Courtney Miles, Joshuah Lukas, Sarah Lukas, Kyle Lukas, Jonah Lukas, Cole Pastouris, Garret Knapik, Ethan Knapik, Jack Knapik; and sister, Mary Heppner.
Friends may join the family for Stanley’s visitation on Monday, May 21, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m., at St. Ambrose Catholic Church, 929 Pearl Road, Brunswick, OH 44212. Rev. Fr. Adam Zajac and Deacon Stephen Petrill will officiate. (PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH). Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery, Valley City.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Stanley’s name to Medina County Animal Shelter, 6334 Deerview Lane, Medina, OH 44256.
