SUSAN M WALTER

Susan M Walter, age 76, of Valley City, passed away on Tuesday, November 21, 2023. She was born on February 3, 1947, to the late William and Marie (nee Offenberg) Walter in Berea.

A parishioner of St Martin of Tours Catholic Church of Valley City. Susan worked as a secretary for 30 years at Kelly Springfield Tire in Cuyahoga Falls. She was an avid crafter and sewer. Susan was a beautiful, loving, and giving person that will be deeply missed by many.

Susan will be deeply missed by her siblings, Janice (Joseph) Vasel, Warren (Kimberly) Walter, and William Jr. (Lori) Walter. A loving Aunt and Great Aunt to many.

In addition to her parents, Susan was preceded in death by her brothers, Wayne Sr. and Gary; and nephew, Aaron Vasel.

Please join the family for visitation on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at 10:00 am at St Martin of Tours Catholic Church, 1800 Station Rd., Valley City. Mass will follow visitation at 11:00 am. Burial will be at 12:45 pm in Sunset Memorial, 6265 Columbia Rd, North Olmsted. The Walter family has entrusted Susan’s care to Carlson Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, Brunswick.

In lieu of flowers donations in Susan’s name will be graciously accepted to the charity of your choice.
