TERRI L. LAWLESS

Terri L. Lawless, 64, of Hiram, passed away September 20, 2021. She was born January 1, 1957, in Chardon, and raised by her loving parents, the late Sherman and Edna (nee Dade) Leach.

She was a graduate of Crestwood High School in 1975 and graduated from Hiram College in 1979. Terri worked many years as the Children's Librarian for the Portage County District Library, spending many years at the Hiram and Garrettsville branches. She currently worked as an aide for Crestwood Primary and Intermediate schools. Terri enjoyed working with children, working in her garden, and spending time with her son; Family was very important to Terri.

Terri will be deeply missed by her husband, Gary; beloved son, Eric; brothers, Daniel Wadsworth, Richie Wadsworth, and Tom Dussel; brother-in-law, Jeff (Jodie) Lawless, and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Willie Wadsworth and sister, Sylvia Boyd.

The family would like to invite friends to join them for a Visitation on Friday, September 24, 2021, from 5:00 PM - 7:00PM at Mallory-DeHaven-Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 8382 Center St., Garrettsville, OH, 44231. A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, September 25, 2021, at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Burial will immediately follow at Fairview Cemetery, Hiram.
