THOMAS COLLIER

April 26, 1938 — May 13, 2020

Thomas J. Collier, age 82, of Brunswick, passed away on May 13, 2020 surrounded by family at Holy Family Hospice after a long battle with Alzheimer’s Disease.

Thomas, Tommy, Tom was born on April 26, 1938 in Ashland, Alabama to the late Benjamin and Sadie (nee Gryder) Collier. Tom was preceded in death by his wife, Joan T. Collier (nee LeTendre) and his siblings Charles, Leon, Grace, William, Lawrence, and Robert. Tom is survived by his daughters, Kathy L. Dann, Susan C. D’Angelo and Kristen A. Collier as well as his grandchildren Krista L. Bellino, Nicolas A. D’Angelo, Corey M. D’Angelo and Kelsey A. D’Angelo and a great granddaughter Cassia M. D’Angelo as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Tom proudly served in the United States Air Force out of Westover Air Reserve Base.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, golfing, reading, music, carpentry and spending time with family and friends.

A military service will be held on Friday, August 28, 2020 at Western Reserve National Cemetery in Seville, OH. We invite you to join as at Tom’s Celebration of Life at Skyview Lodge, 336 Pearl Road, Brunswick OH 44212 from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

The family entrusted the Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services to handle the arrangements.
