Thomas A. Novak of Mantua, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, May 8, 2012. He was born July 12, 1961 in Ravenna, Ohio to Richard and Anna (Swetz) Novak Sr.
Thomas was a machinist and enjoyed riding his motorcycles, hunting, fishing and the great outdoors. He especially liked spending time with his beloved family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Novak Sr.
Thomas is survived by his mother Anna of Mantua, sons Christopher and Cody of Ravenna, brothers Richard Jr. (Lynda) and Robert all of Ravenna and sister, Nancy Novak of Mantua.
Private graveside services will be held. Arrangements were entrusted to Mallory-DeHaven-Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 8382 Center St., Garrettsville, OH 44231.
