TIMOTHY LEE FERRY

Timothy Lee Ferry, 68, of Newton Falls, passed away on Sunday, August 2, 2015 in Youngstown, Ohio with his family by his side. He was born on February 6, 1947 to Glenwood and Priscilla (Langston) Ferry in Ravenna, Ohio.

Timothy was proud to have served in the Army during Vietnam. He was a Purple Heart recipient for his courageous acts during the war. Timothy loved to travel to Oak Island, North Carolina and be in the hills of West Virginia. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.

He is survived by the love of his life, Donna; children, Dawn (Timothy) Dugic of Newton Falls and Christopher and Jay Ferry of Newton Falls; siblings, Tom and Scott Ferry, Susan (Charles) Soltis, Judy Beno and Jill (Jimmy) Corbett; grandchildren, Ryan, Christopher, Madeline, Jessie, Savannah, Dominic, Alexa and Brooklynn; great-grandchildren, Bryan and Chloe; and his uncle, Charles “Butch” (Paula) Barholt.

Timothy was preceded in death by his parents.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, August 5, 2015 from 5-7 pm at Mallory-Dehaven-Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 8382 Center St., Garrettsville, Ohio. Memorial Service will follow the calling hours at 7 pm.
