Timothy Shelley Patrick age 62, resident of Chippewa Lake, passed away on Monday, February 9, 2015. He was born on March 11, 1952 in Lexington, Kentucky to Charles Crooks III and Betty Jane (nee Shelley) Patrick. He was the owner of The Gun Shop in Medina Ohio.
Tim was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was a former horse trainer in Kentucky.
He is survived by son; Cody Herman, brothers and sisters; Mike (Maureen), Lynn (Jeff) Thompson, Shelley Mattfeld, Dan (Leslie), Matt, David (Patricia), Janice Mueller, many nieces and nephews also many friends from Ohio and Kentucky. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation for family and friends will be held at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home, 463 East Main Street Lexington, KY 40507 on Monday, February 16, 2015 from 11 AM to 2 PM. Burial to follow in The Lexington Cemetery. Family arrangements were entrusted to Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 3477 Medina Road (corner of River Styx and Rt. 18),Medina, Ohio 44256.
