TRACY CHARLES MINNEY

Tracy Charles Minney, 57, of Windham, passed away tragically on Friday, June 2, 2023. He entered this world on September 19, 1965, and was shortly adopted by his loving parents, Edsel and Elva “Louise” Minney.
He was a hardworking family man who always did his best to give to others, and Tracy was never one to turn down a good time! He was once a truck driver, enjoying every minute of being on the road. Tracy enjoyed his kids and grandkids to the fullest.
Tracy leaves behind his wife, Amy Minney, of Hartford, AR; children, Serena (Matt) Keiser, of Temperance, MI, Emily (Cody) Jolley, of Hartford, AR, and Gavin Busta, of Garrettsville, OH; grandchildren, Carter Kronk, of Temperance, MI and Connor Jolley, of Hartford, AR; sister, Lisa (Mike) Giffen, of Mineral Wells, WV, and best friend, Pat Nutter, of Newton Falls, OH
He is preceded in death by his parents Louise Minney and Edsel Minney.
Per Tracy’s request, he is to be cremated. Services for Tracy are private, and were entrusted to Mallory-DeHaven-Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 8382 Center St., Garrettsville, OH 44231.
