TRAVIS DWIGHT BONNETT

Travis Bonnett, 75, of Powell, Ohio (formerly of Braceville), beloved Father and Grandfather was called to his eternal resting place on April 20, 2019. He entered this world on August 18, 1943 in Weston, West Virginia to James and Lennett (Nolan) Bonnett. He was a 1962 graduate of Windham High School. A former Millwright of WCI Steel and retired in 2006.

Travis was a very kind, generous, hardworking, and fun man. He loved being outside, watching baseball, football and NASCAR. Travis liked gardening, going to concerts (like Kid Rock, Hank Williams, Jr. and Cher) and playing with is granddaughters. In the past few months, he started taking cooking classes, painting and pottery classes, going on field trips and attending happy hours at his new apartment.

He is survived by his daughters, Robin (John) Rathke of Fairborn and Lisa (Ben) Denlinger of Powell and granddaughters, Morgan and Leah.

Travis was preceded in death by his wife Carole; parents and brother.

Please join Travis’s family for visitation on Saturday, May 4, 2019, from 10 AM to 12 PM at Mallory-DeHaven-Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 8382 Center St., Garrettsville, Ohio. Funeral Service will follow at 12 PM. Private burial to be held in Windham Township Cemetery, Windham, Ohio.
