VERA "JACKIE" JACQUELINE BROWN

Vera “Jackie” Brown age 78, resident of Medina, passed away on Wednesday, October 29, 2014 surrounded by her family. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio on June 10, 1936 to Paul and Marion (nee Sweet) Wells.
Her beloved husband; Kenneth Edward Brown and Jackie were married on Sept 21, 1957.
Jackie was employed; until her retirement, as a Cleveland School Cafeteria Manager.
She will be dearly missed by her husband; son Ken Jr. (Dottie); daughters, Kathy (Rich) Deszcz, Dorothy Brown, Sherry Brown, grandchildren; Ken III (fiancé’ Amanda), Bryan, Christopher; also her brother, Wesley (Donnie) Wells.
Jackie is preceded in death by her parents and sisters; Pat McGregor and June Martin.
Visitation for family and friends will be held Sunday, November 2, 2014 from 2 to 4 PM and
6 to 8 PM at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 3477 Medina Road (corner of River Styx and Rt. 18), Medina, Ohio. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, November 3, 2014 at 11 AM also at the funeral home. Pastor Justin Reed officiating. Burial to follow in Lakewood Park Cemetery, 22025 Detroit Road, Rocky River, Ohio 44116.
Donations may be directed to the Medina County Hospice, 5075 Windfall Road, Medina, Ohio 44256.
