VICTOR DEFAY HARDMAN

Victor D. Hardman, age 85, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 16 , 2017. He was born on November 28, 1931 in Zanesville, Ohio to Leonard A. and Hanna (nee Montgomery) Hardman.

He was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force. Vic graduated from Ohio University with an Electrical Engineering degree. He retired from the Bell Telephone System Company after 30 years of service. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Medina. .

Vic is survived by his children; Cheryl (Larry) Verhovec, Roger, David, Dan (Linda Lieberman) and Kerri Flores, cherished grandchildren; Larry II, Amber (Kenneth) McKinsey, Mikala D’Entremont, loving great-grandchildren; Larry III, Isaiah, and Arihanna; sister, Janet Hardman; brother, Leonard (Moose) Hardman; and his special In-laws, Harry (Elda) Reed and Skip Komorowski; also many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Martha; son, Randy; and many close family members and friends.

Friends may join the family for Visitation on Monday, November 20, 2017 from 4 to 8 PM and Tuesday, November 21, 2017 from 10 to 11 AM with Funeral Service to follow at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 3477 Medina Road (corner of Rt. 18 and River Styx Road), Medina, OH 44256. Private interment in Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
