WAYNE R. OLIVER

Wayne Oliver, age 70, of Nelson Township, passed away on Friday, June 3, 2022. He was born on July 28, 1951, in Warren, Ohio, to the late Norman and Helen (nee Shrock) Oliver.

He was commonly referred to as "Pop" and has always been known for his happy nature. In addition to driving truck and working on the carnival circuit, Wayne spent the majority of his working years running machinery for Otto Falkenberg Excavating. When he was not working for Otto, Wayne enjoyed working in his garage, traveling, and Nitro Harley racing. He made multiple cross-country trips on his Harley, spent numerous days at the dragstrip, and was known for having the ability to fix anything. Any, and all, of his daily adventures, were accompanied by his love of music. He genuinely enjoyed life and always had a smile to show it. Wayne's family and friends were his world; he was loved by many and will be missed by all.

Wayne will be deeply missed by his son, Raymond (Addie) Oliver; grandchildren, Courtney and Kaiden Oliver; siblings, Russell (Cathy) Oliver and Rosie (Jake) Pinter; niece and nephew, Becky Oliver and John (Stephanie) Oliver; great-nieces, Makayla and Ryleigh Gough, as well as many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Per Wayne's wishes, he is to be cremated. Please join the family for a memorial visitation on Saturday, June 11, 2022, from 3:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M. at Mallory-DeHaven-Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 8382 Center Street, Garrettsville, OH 44231.
