William "Bill" Novak and beloved wife, Ellen Marie (Wacho) Novak are together again, 2024. Bill and Ellen's journey together was one of love, laughter, and friendship.
Both Bill and Ellen are reunited with each of their parents; Amelia (nee DuBovec) and John Novak and Marie (nee Dever) and Harry Wacho; Bill’s brother and sister-in-law, Walter (Jean) Novak; Ellen’s sister and brother-in-law; Jean (Francis) Bender; Ellen’s brother, Thomas Wacho; Bill’s sister-in-law, Suzie Novak; and their daughter-in-law, Sharon Novak.
They will be dearly missed by their children, Beth (Ken) Busch and Scott Novak; grandson, Jacob (Jean) Busch; great-grandsons, Luke Busch and Logan Busch; Bill’s brother John Novak and sister, Irene (Robert) Wooton; and many other extended family members.
Bill, who often fancied himself a movie star, had an infectious sense of humor. He loved to laugh at his own jokes, leaving his family in stitches and often speechless. Described as a true character, Bill's wit and charm kept everyone on their toes, eagerly awaiting his next amusing remark.
Ellen, the voice of reason and the pillar of support for her family, balanced Bill's playful nature with her steadfast presence. She devoted her entire being to her family, and her grandchildren were the light of her life. Ellen's love knew no bounds, and her nurturing spirit touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.
Together, Bill and Ellen were more than just husband and wife—they were best friends. Their love for life and for each other was evident in every moment they shared. They faced the world hand in hand, finding joy in the simplest of things and showing everyone around them what true companionship looked like.
Bill and Ellen leave behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories. Their family will forever hold them in their hearts, grateful for the time spent together and the lessons learned from their remarkable lives.
Bill and Ellen will be laid to rest at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, located at 10175 Rawiga Rd, Seville, OH 44273. A service will be held for both of them on Friday, August 23, 2024, at 12:45 P.M. Additionally, Bill will be honored with military honors for his service and dedication.
