WILLIAM F. YAGL

William (Bill) F. Yagl, age 84, passed away on Saturday, March 23, 2024. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Bill was a devoted family man, kind, patient, soft spoken and genuine, a proud Army Veteran that served his country, as well as a retiree from Local 18, Operating Engineers where he operated heavy equipment for many years.

Bill was an avid nature lover. He found comfort and happiness in the outdoors, whether on his long walks in the parkway where he would watch birds and other animals, and, feed the squirrels. He also had a love for gardening and planting, taking his pets on walks, or just sitting outdoors enjoying nature. He found much joy in his passion for various types of cars, attending car shows and racetracks with his family, or just at home working on his own classic car. 

He cherished every moment spent with his loved ones, his love knew no bounds and his family was the center of his universe. The simple pleasures of life is what made him happy.

Family and friends are invited for visitation on Thursday, April 18, 2024, from 4 P.M. to 8 P.M., at Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Rd. Brunswick, Ohio (1/2 Mile south of St. Rte 303). A service will be held at 7:00 P.M. that evening. 

Well-deserved military honors will take place at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery 10175 Rawiga Rd, Seville, OH 44273 on Friday, April 19, 2024, at 10:45 A.M. Please arrive by 10:30 A.M.
