Wilson W. Pompili

City: Medina : : Photo: Obituary: Wilson W. Pompili, age 93 passed away May 20, 2012. He was the beloved husband for 70 Years to Helen (nee Cavano ). Mr. Pompili served in United States Army during WWII and was the owner of Pompili’s Music Studios. He was a member of Medina American Legion, Lawrence Post #202. He loved music, building model ships and airplanes, woodworking and cherished his family and friends. He leaves behind his loving wife Helen, children; Patricia Jackman, William (Marianne), Lawrence (Christine), Melanie (Robert) Wall, grandchildren; David, Peter, Matthew, Angela, Adam, Alexis, Leslie, Erin, great-grandchildren; Madison, Luke, Amelia, Roman, Aliza, Ella, Jacoby, Grace, Siena. Preceding Wilson in death were his parents, Antonio and Aggripina (nee Costanzi), his brother Lindo and sister Anne Kestranek. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 24, 2012 from 2 to 4 PM and 6 to 8 PM at Carlson Funeral Home, 3477 Medina (corner of Rt. 18 and River Styx), Ohio 44256. 11 AM Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, May 25, 2012 at St. Francis Xavier Church 606 E. Washington St. Medina with Fr. Tony Sejba officiating. Entombment in Holy Cross Cemetery, Brookpark Rd. Cleveland.
